This program can be conducted in two ways based on the main objective of the organization

1. For PMP® Certification Exam

When PMP® Exam is in focus, we give more emphasis on questions and answers so that participants can experience what type of questions will come in the exam. Every chapter is reviewed with a set of questions similar what appear on the exam and then discussion on the answers.

2. For implementation of project management practices

In this approach the focus is on implementation. This is done using a case study. Every chapter is review by an exercise on case study related to that chapter. This allows participants to learn by doing and make it easy to implement processes back at work.
